Nick Kepf

Director, Customer Productivity Solutions

Nick Kepf has a deep understanding of the production mail industry that provides perspective in his role as director of Customer Productivity Solutions. His background includes plant manager for a fulfillment house with 100 employees and annual revenues of $30 million, and nine years running operations at Fidelity Investments. There, he oversaw a combined machine and hand-processing department with 22 high-speed inserters, 180 associates, and annual volumes of 250 million envelopes. At BBH, Nick identifies and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance customers' operational efficiency. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Virginia Military Institute, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and Lean Manufacturing certification from Villanova University.

Doug Casteen

Manager, Business Processes

Doug Casteen has nearly 25 years' experience in production management including quality, performance improvement, cost reduction, material usage, safety, team building and employee morale. Doug's broad-based knowledge of manufacturing processes is the product of his working in a diverse range of industries: textile, automotive, aerospace and printing. Doug now works with BBH customers to develop process improvement, cost reduction, Six Sigma training and service model improvement initiatives. He is a graduate of NC State University with certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and an ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, STAT-A MATRIX Institute.

Nancy Miller

Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Nancy Miller brings nearly 35 years of high volume mailroom operating experience to BBH, having served as operations director for AT&T. She joined BBH in 2002, where her operations background led to a successful career in sales and strategic accounts management, and ultimately to her current role as Manager of Enterprise Solutions in 2006. Nancy now uses her industry knowledge to consult with customers on identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Nancy attended Temple College in Temple, Texas. She received her Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing certification from Villanova University.

Lana Chandra

Executive Director, BBH University
Lana Chandra has more than 20 years of human resources, training and organizational development experience. Since joining BBH in 1996, she has held various roles in human resources, where she developed a keen knowledge of the industry, organization development, training and talent management, and corporate communications. She has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Lana leads a team that is committed to delivering quality service and training options to BBH customers through a nationwide network of technical instructors, professional development and training staff and subject matter experts. BBHU has been consistently ranked among the nation’s top 125 companies for training as rated by Training Magazine.
