BBH University Cancellation Policy

BÖWE BELL + HOWELL may cancel courses at any time at its discretion. A student may cancel a course if the cancellation is received at least 8 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of a course; after that (within 7 calendar days), no refund will be issued. Substitutions (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the course. Transfers are accepted, but they must be received no later than 24 hours from the start date of the course.

The customer may cancel on-site courses without charge if notification is received by BÖWE BELL + HOWELL no later than 21 days prior to the course start date. Rescheduling a course less than 21 days prior to course start date is considered a cancellation, and a cancellation fee of $400 per day for the total number of scheduled days will be charged and invoiced separately.

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the student.
